There is a natural idealism attached to the thought of meeting someone and having them hitting enough emotional triggers immediately to just know. Love at first sight.
Falling in love at first sight is amazing when it happens because, for some inexplicable reason, it seems to last longer than the average relationship. Possibly because love unfolds gradually in such circumstances rather than burdening it with hopes and expectations. Feelings are usually passionate and exciting, there is more of motivation to see where the attraction leads.
Although it is possible to start off a relation in this way, it often takes work and dedication to keep t going. But who are we individually to define what love is. Once we can move beyond the initial stomach butterflies and excitement and learn to “love” that person, flaws included, that is where the relationship begins. We must strive to find the delights in each others personalities.
Everybody’s opinion on Love at First Sight may defer, and each has the equal right to exist because when it comes to love and being in love, not even scientists can figure that out.
